Crossing Custard

Dear Botboy,

Daddy says would you please make sure that you always look before Crossing the Road.

You have such a fabulous imagination that you are often racing Mario, battling alongside the Skylanders or playing Fast Mouse (a game I have not yet worked out, but which keeps you endlessly entertained).

I love that you have such a brilliant time creating your games – but every so often you do have to stop and look at the real world! The kerb is there for a reason.

Stop, Look, Listen.

They spent years on these advertising campaigns to try and get this simple message across. Let’s take time to appreciate the art and effort put into teaching you this simple thing –

Pay Attention when Crossing the Road!

Love Mum and Dad.

P.S. Yes – there is such a thing as too much custard. Usually at the point it is spilling out of the bowl. I know they call it an Endless Jug of Custard on the menu, but that is not a personal challenge. Something your daddy could do with learning as well!

  1. No body pays attention to the ad campaigns. I hope they pay attentions to atleast posts like these 🙂
    Nicely done

    • Oh dear – would this be the time to say I don’t often do custard. Mainly, I guess, because I like cheesecake and that doesn’t often mix with custard. The rest of the family are very custard orientated though. Would you believe they don’t really like cheesecake? Seriously! *much horror*
